Full 4-hour, unedited course launching my dad’s business: $200
Watch me launch a client’s (Dad’s) brand new local business from A-Z. This is the same way you can deliver website builds to businesses without a web presence, deliver it via ICM Folder Structure & then sell them a complete ICM package after.
It’s what I am doing with my dad’s own business and you have the chance to see it all.
This is listed for $200 in Skool and you can always buy it there. This is a chance to get it half-way.
This is also included with the premium level at $49/month
Step 1) go to Skool, upgrade, select premium and it will automatically unlock for you
What you get…

Session 4: The handoff and client edits [Video Rendering goes up 8/27]
The client would like to make some slight changes. I have him use a Google document to send them over. This way I can turn the document into a markdown file, feed it to my Claude Code and let the updates take place.
He loved the British voice but wanted something more southern.
He also wanted a change to the logo and to add a cool effect. I show you how to quickly get client edits into your AI using google docs.
Session 5: Traffic and Growth Update [TBD]
Once this settles into the search engines and starts taking booking I will audit through everything to make sure it is working properly.
I will record the updates and add them to this classroom. You will see just how quickly you can go from idea to generating appointments with free traffic from search engines.
You don’t need this offer. This is only if you want to get it half-off and watch me launch a real business using ICM.
What my dad doesn’t realize is he is learning ICM. I already told him to download claude so that when I deliver his files n’ folders he will be able to run his business operations from it. I will give my dad training on the simple steps to doing so.
This is the same cadence you should take with your clients. Deliver wins using ICM Folder structure to build.
Deliver the files n’ folders.
Show them how to use it with their AI.
Then you have a natural upsell to restructure their entire business’s operations.
You don’t need this, I have plenty of free builds in Skool but if you want to see an actual business launched, then grab it at the best price it will ever be.
Full 4-hour, unedited course: $200
