Plain English, because that is the whole point of this site.
Your email address, and only if you type it into 1 of the 2 boxes on the letter and press the button. Nothing else is asked for. There is no account, no password, and no card.
Along with it, the site records where you came from (the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you clicked) and which of the 2 boxes you used. That is so I can tell which parts of the letter work.
Sending you the ICM Folder System kit, and occasional emails from me about the same subject: running a business on files and folders. That is it.
The address is stored in Allodra, my own customer system, and the email is delivered by Resend, an email sending service. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Those 3 companies process the data so the thing can function. Your address is never sold, rented, traded, or handed to an advertiser.
Every email has a 1-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also reply to any email I send and say "off," and I will handle it myself. No survey, no "are you sure."
Email ryan@oathdriven.com and ask me to delete your record. I delete it and tell you it is done.
This page sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees the request the way any website you visit does.
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16.
